Refund Policy

Free plan
The Free plan includes 10 starter sessions of 10 minutes each. No payment is required for the Free plan.
Credit packs
Credit pack purchases are intended for immediate access to interview assistance minutes. Refund requests may be reviewed if the credits have not been used or if a duplicate/incorrect charge occurred.
Subscriptions
Subscription payments provide access for the purchased billing period. You may cancel future renewals according to the available account or support process. Refunds for active billing periods are reviewed case by case.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment was deducted but your plan or credits were not activated, or if you believe you were charged twice, contact us with your account email, payment ID, order ID, and transaction date.
